Description:

Morgan Stanley is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to provide operational and advisory support within the Human Capital Management Employee Services (HCMES) team. The role focuses on supporting HR Business Partners, BU Managers, and leaders on routine, cyclical, and ad hoc HR activities including performance management, professional development, promotions, and compensation.

You will handle process management, HR communications, and collaborate with global HR colleagues to support initiatives that enhance employee experience. The role requires a sharp eye for process issues and proactive engagement with stakeholders to resolve risks and improve HR service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality operational support and advisory services on HR focus areas
• Managing repeatable HR processes with accuracy and within deadlines
• Identifying process issues and coordinating with stakeholders for resolutions
• Facilitating communication between employees, managers, HR teams, and legal employment relations
• Maintaining accurate case notes via centralized systems
• Proactively identifying trends to suggest improvements and reduce risk
• Ensuring HR service standards meet or exceed expectations
• Applying sound judgment to escalate critical matters appropriately

Key Technical Skills:

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical thinking, Process management, HR advisory abilities

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across global and regional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability and creativity in addressing and resolving issues
• Comfort with transactional and advisory HR tasks
• Ability to manage high-volume queries professionally
• 0-2 years relevant work experience preferred
